Please make sure that you have connected your discord and your forums account. This can be done here:


Also, make sure that you have connected and disconnected your account 2-3 times.

Once you finish that, press F8 and paste "Connect 209.237.141.150"

There also may be some queue glitches stating that you are not whitelisted. However, this is not the case and you can attempt to reconnect again.

Let me know if that works.
