Scrapped my car by mistake =)

I scrapped my car accidentally trying to click "go back" to select another car. Can u bring back the vehicle with the upgrades or make a refund request ?


i have the car info on a old vod but the video of my deleting it is corrupted cause rain knocked my power out like an hour ago
