I recently just hit lvl 8 was wondering what type of access the scamming was ? and where i would look to get access to it

Okay i am an illegal civ and i reached lvl 8 for the scamming stuff

You reached the required level to be able to use these items, they are to be acquired through roleplay, or official drops if you are an illegal civilian.
