Okay, I need screenshots of the transactions that are sent to your email. There should be separate emails showcasing what has been charged individually meaning if it's a WL charge or what type of prio. What we need is to see the individual transactions and what item was charged so it can be located.
Give the Towns Management team a moment to review this, refunds and complications are now instant and will take some time since there is many other issues going on with other players as well. As mentioned in announcements previously priority does stack so when multiple priority passes are purchased there are absolutely no refunds, please take your time when performing transactions in the future. There is nothing we can do about this situation, sorry for any inconvenience.
