tebex charged my card 3 times , within the last 2 days…. I did not authorize these transactions how do I go about this ?
 
Provide proof of the transactions down below.
 
You should have an email. Provide the email of the transactions showing the TBX-Id's.
 
We need the transaction IDs.
 
Okay, I need screenshots of the transactions that are sent to your email. There should be separate emails showcasing what has been charged individually meaning if it's a WL charge or what type of prio. What we need is to see the individual transactions and what item was charged so it can be located.
 
Is it 2 Gold prio charges and a Silver?
 
i see what the other transactions were for i apologize it was a sub for another server i just want the refund for the gold prio
 
Give the Towns Management team a moment to review this, refunds and complications are now instant and will take some time since there is many other issues going on with other players as well. I will now be forward this to them please refrain from making another thread or spamming this thread, they will get to you.

Player is requesting a refund for the Gold Prio.

As mentioned in announcements previously priority does stack so when multiple priority passes are purchased there are absolutely no refunds, please take your time when performing transactions in the future. There is nothing we can do about this situation, sorry for any inconvenience.
