Be sure to connect your discord account to the forums, to sync your roles, this can take up to 24 to 48 hours, for them to sync properly.

Can you provide a screenshot of the purchase confirmation, and can you copy and paste the transaction id, and provide the email address associated with the purchase? Along with your discord name and I will forward this over to management
