Be sure to connect and disconnect the association 2-3 times.
It can take a couple of hours for your discord and your forums to sync together.
Note: Make sure your Discord account has the correct roles, otherwise it won't connect properly.
 
Can you also provide the Tebex Transaction ID, Email Used at Checkout, and Discord Used at Checkout?

Following these steps above will give you whitelist, and you may have to disconnect and connect a couple of times to get the roles

i have not got my discord roles yet, do i need to keep connecting and disconnecting it?
