I cant access in game menus in stores or anything, When I L Alt, i cannot move my cursor over to select the menu, can I get some help with these binds?

yes, I've double checked them against other's to make sure nothings changed and its all the same, I can get the statue of liberty cursor to come up, but I cannot move it ontop of a menu. For instance in the electronics, I cannot click bens electronics to open the store menu.
