I bought whitelist with everything connected and when i try to connect it says the server is still private. Could be a user issue unsure

When did you purchase WL? It takes some time to connect the role so please be patient.​

Yes, so please just be patient the role takes some time to connect on forums, after 24-48 hours if you still don't have it, please make another ticket.
