Hi, have you tried disconnecting and reconnecting your Discord so that the role will sync?
 
Can you please provide proof of you purchasing or having wl in the Discord? Valid forms of proof are your transaction id, a screenshot of the confirmation email, and/or a screenshot of you being wl in the main Discord at any point. If providing your transaction I’d, please include the email association with the purchase. Once I have that I can get you further assistance.
