D.O.A , short for Death Over Anything, is a street-based organization whose identity developed around loyalty, reputation, family, and neighborhood ties. The Kay Flock Era & Its Impact​

Coming out of the Bronx, Kay Flock built a major presence in the city's drill scene and brought national attention to the D.O.A./Sev Side name through his music and public profile. That chapter changed dramatically following his arrest in December 2021 and the federal case that followed. In March 2025, Kay Flock was convicted on racketeering-related and attempted-murder charges, and on December 16, 2025, he was sentenced to 30 years in federal prison.
