Didnt recieve Diamond prio

Hello just purchased Diamond prio today, and all the other times it was instant but this time I didnt get my role. I can insert tebex screenshot and past histories and the money taken out of my acct if needed. Just wanna get it as soon as I can to fly in before restart.
