Archived Couldnt verify WL

I made a supprt ticket for my WL back and was told it couldnt be verified but I showed a reciept of me purchasing it and can also show any other proof you may need but was never told or asked what other proof to provide here is the receipt screenshot again with another screenshot showing I was actively posting on my factions thread I got banned in 2023 and I cvan provide clips and other people can vouch I've been playing towns since it first came up and I also provided the paypal reciept

These two screenshots wasn't provided before can you try sending these to management so they can verify please. And im attaching this ban email because I dont know how I would be banned if im

the paypal reciept provide a transaction number and my forums name to so it shouldn't be that hard to verify

it wasn't I only sent a email reciept before not the paypal one
