Resolved Ban appeal : Garbage Job Is Bugged

Hello, I'm not able to see the ban appeal section my error is " You do not meet the criteria for any forms. No forms are available for you. " I was doing the garbage job and everytime you put a bag in the truck it spawns you high in the sky. I made a in game report right before wave shield banned me. My ban ID is : 89923.
