If you dont mind telling me, how long ago did you make the whitelist purchase?
 
OKay i see, please give it a little more time as the average time to recieve roles is 24-48 hours as there is alot of transactions happening as of now. Please be patient with us. Also make sure to connect your forums to your discord account viz https://thetownsroleplay.com/account/connected-accounts/ so its easier down the line and you will already be whitelisted in the discord.
