unlocking these items means only that you can now access them and use them. these are not items that will spawn in your pocket. each one of these items are accessible in server. by the leaders in set groups who specialize in each activity store robberies will usually be prioritized by illegal civ groups. as well as house robberies and scamming, racing tablets is an item that you will need to stay tapped in with the car scene to know more information on.
