Have you tried inputting the connect through the F8 console?

Yea that was the only way i tried because when i look the server up its private

This may be an issue with fivem on your end, try clearing all of your cache data then inputting the connect code once more into the F8. If that still doesn't work then try reinstalling FiveM. If the issue still persists open up another support thread.
