Skills don't work

Two things.

When using /skills I cannot purchase any skills. I am level 4 with 2 skill points as an illegal civilian; need level 3 with 1 skillpoint for nametags. It says "Skill Not Available".

Second issue is with /togmask. Invested into this skill when creating char; worked first day; from then on it says I don't have the skill despite having a mask on... And I checked /selectedskills

Hi so after looking at it again as you can see here:

Your selected skills are
- StreetDealer
-HotDriver
-Sharpshooter
-RapidDeployment
-ReducedFallDamage
-MakedIdentity
and Calmbreathing


You did not however select nametags which is why despite having the level and skill points needed to unlock, because you did not select it as an option (you might have thought you did and deselected it or else it would be in the list) you do not have access to it.

And as for masked identity some people were able to access skills they did not yet unlock which is why you probably were able to do so before but as you can see you must be level 8 for that.

There is not a way for us to change or add your skills which is why its very important to be careful and read every prompt when making your character.
I apologize in advance for the inconvenience, however, this is a user error issue.
