Resolved Not receiving email to verify acc.

I’m reaching out on behalf of another player who is currently unable to access The Towns Forums because they are not receiving the account verification email. They have confirmed that they are able to receive verification emails from other server forums without issue, so it appears to be specific to The Towns system.


Since their account remains unverified, they’re unable to post here directly. Is there any way to resolve or manually verify their account? They are an active faction member, a family member within the community, and a streamer. Unfortunately, they’ve been missing event participation and EPs due to this issue.


They have already submitted a support ticket via Discord, but there hasn’t been a recent response. Any assistance or update would be greatly appreciated.
