Resolved my wl on forums got automatically lost

Hello there,
I’ve had whitelist access on this forum account for quite some time.
Previously, it was linked to my Discord account with the username “g3e”, which is where the whitelist was originally applied.

Unfortunately, I no longer have access to that Discord account due to losing 2FA access after switching phones and not being able to transfer Google Authenticator.
Because of this, I disconnected the old Discord account from my forums just now and connected a new one, assuming the whitelist would transfer automatically.

Instead, the whitelist was removed from my forum account, and the new Discord account was not whitelisted either.
Could you please help me restore the whitelist or advise on the correct steps to resolve this?

Unfortunately, I don’t have a direct receipt for the WL.

At the time, I was dealing with an issue where all of my payments on Tebex (for any server) were getting declined.
Because of that, Zarty assisted me personally with the shit I wanted to get.

Given the situation, I’ve attached some screenshots that should help as proof:

You can see that:

• I was streaming on the server on April 29th
• My ticket to Tebex - regarding the payment issues was opened on April 20th

If I need to re-pay for the WL, just let me know, I dont mind - I don’t really have another way to prove it beyond the screenshots, the ticket, and the fact that I had WL on this forum account up until today
