That's why you don't have any weapons because you have not showcased a thread/scheme. Go into the civilian cord for more details on illegal civ threads and the expectations. You could also look at other people's on the forums [DO NOT COPY OTHER PEOPLE'S THREADS] just to get an idea on the different schemes or illegal ideas.. just be immersive.
