If you have WL in the Towns you have to connect your forums account to your discord for the roles to sync, it may take a couple of tries but it will eventually sync successfully. Once the roles sync you will have access to the whole forums. Connected Accounts is located here ...

You must create a in game report to get your name changed, we can not handle that via the forums. We hope you understand, once you get in game utilize /report and ask for a name change. L&A’d.

You must purchase WL through our Tebex to obtain whitelist. Once you purchase it connect your discord to your tebex account so your roles sync, afterwards come back to the forums and connect your discord as well to receive WL roles. We unfortunately do not just give out WL to players, we hope...

To get WL on the forums you have to connect your discord to it through https://thetownsroleplay.com/account/connected-accounts/ . It may take a couple times to sync but you will eventually get the roles. L&A'd.
