Dear Server Staff/Moderation TeamI am writing to ask for a reconsideration of my ban from The Towns/Windy City on June 28, 2025. I believe my ban was due to misunderstandings about third-party modifications, and I would like to explain my side.I know that roleplaying is a privilege, and I apologize if my actions seemed to break server rules. I feel I was wrongly accused, and I want to assure you that my goal has always been to take part in fair and enjoyable roleplay.About the evidence presented, I want to point out that in the clip, you can hear car doors. One of my faction members can be heard shouting "They hop out" from the back, showing I was reacting to a situation happening in front of me. I was watching that side of the street when Garvey members ran across. I fired shots only after seeing what happened and making a decision based on the situation.I really value the roleplaying community in The Towns/Windy City, and I would appreciate the chance to show that I can follow the rules and make a positive contribution. - Car doors- Member calling out that they got out the car. - you can see one of there member run past.full clip - Also I would like to add that i was also banned for so called having a Malicious gun/ Spawn in gun i would like to clarify that this gun was robbed from a member in are faction who had joined and began to show the gun off which we would end up robbing him for the gun this same gun that we robbed off the male would be the same gun that i shot in this scene.Clip/proof -https://streamable.com/qj4u7bThank you for considering my appeal.
