Old forums account deleted for some reason

I had whitelist on my old forums account but everytime I try to sign in or recover password it doesn’t work. The forums name was “Freethereal.”

I still have whitelist in discord, I just need it on this new forums account. I also can’t connect my main discord to this forums account because it says it’s still associated with the forums accounts that’s deleted.

This is before The Towns was using “Tebex” to pay so I don’t have Tebex Transaction ID. Paypal was being using at this time.
